How it all Works

Have you signed up for the Ride on Ryan Triathlon or Duathlon and not sure what to expect on race day?


I'm here to help by hosting a 1-Day Triathlon Training Camp to ensure race success.


The annual Ride on Ryan Triathlon is coming up May 11, (Ryan's Birthday) 2019 in Savannah, Georgia. As part of my commitment to this race, I host a 1-Day Triathlon Training Camp to ensure a confident race performance. Training Camp is held at various locations in Savannah.

I have all the details of what to expect on race day to get ready and feel 100% confident in your ability to finish this race!


I've been coaching triathletes of all levels for over 20 years and events like this one aimed at beginner level triathletes are some of my favorite events. Of course, the main reason I am excited for this event is that it helps bring all of Ryan's friends and family together to celebrate his life and the sport that he loved. The athletes in this photo have all participated in the Ride on Ryan Triathlon and gone on to have some amazing triathlon careers all starting with this race.

12:00pm-1:00pm / Lunch, Race Day Nutrition Discussion (TBA)

2:00pm / Open Water Swim, 1011 Bellfast River Road, Richmond Hill, GA 31324


3:00pm-4:00pm / Transitions, stay at SWIM location.


4:00pm-5:00pm / Q&A Session, OPTIONAL / Hill on Wheels bike shop, 8872 Ford Ave., Ste 204, Richmond Hill, GA 31324
